The Rose Manor

The Rose Manor is owned and operated by Kristen and Kathryn Groom. Both sisters were born and raised in Niagara and grew their love of travel and hospitality together with their family visiting multiple destinations from a young age. The Groom family has been a part of the Welland community since the mid 1950s. We are excited to continue to build our lives in the area and continue to call Niagara home.

We are extremely happy with our Benji bedding. We were looking for bedding that would be high quality but cost effective for just starting out on our bed and breakfast journey. The bedding came super quickly, which allowed us to open our doors even sooner than expected. We wash our bedding after every guest and can say it holds up very well. We were also extremely happy to support a young local company and a sibling duo. We understand the importance of true family businesses being a sister owned company ourselves and thought it was only fitting to feature a similar company in all of our rooms. Luxury Mountain Vacation Rentals is an on-the-mountain luxury vacation rental management company based in Big White Ski Resort in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. We are local experts on all things Big White Ski Resort, and offer luxury vacation rentals and accommodation for those looking to make their ski vacations a truly memorable experience. We make sure our guests have the best experience possible, from stunning vacation rentals and expert concierge services to offering luxurious linens and stress-free bookings.

Benji’s bedding sets filled the linen requirement we wanted to establish. Essentially, the product met our needs for a synthetic material, hypoallergenic, wrinkle free and fast drying product. Most importantly, they are SOFT. We needed a product to be cleaned for a guest departure and be able to be put out for the next guest within a 24hr period.

Our older flannel, cotton and mixed fabric blends could not accomplish this as they simply could not perform the way we need them to. As you have seen from my orders, we continue to buy your product as we are thrilled with the results, and continue to need to replace sets as they get moved out of service. We still have older sets in circulation and will continue to bring in Benji products to replace them. Your team has been great and quick to respond to our requests .
