The elastic all around the bottom sheet makes it easier to make the bed and they don't flip up and off the corners as easily as non elastic sheets do. As a usually cold person I find these sheets just the right temperature, not too cooling and not too hot. I will be buying more in the future and maybe even a duvet and cover!"

I initiated a return on the return portal and was met with an error message for my shipping labels printing. I have now sent customer service 4 emails and 1 message on Instagram asking for my shipping label labels and no response. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and follow up.
